Search official US recalls and alerts for lead in one place: ground cinnamon and other spices, baby food pouches, candy, supplements, cookware and dishes, cups, toys, jewelry and more. Type a brand, product or company, or browse by product type.
In short: the list combines FDA recalls (food, drugs and devices), FDA recall announcements and public health alerts, and Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls, refreshed every day. Each result links to the official notice. If you have a recalled product, stop using it and follow the notice.

What’s included
- FDA recalls from the FDA’s weekly Enforcement Reports (through openFDA), from 2012 on: foods, dietary supplements, drugs, and recalls of blood lead test kits. FDA classifies food and drug recalls as Class I (most serious), II or III.
- FDA recall announcements from the FDA’s recalls page, which often appear weeks before the formal enforcement report.
- FDA public health alerts, such as the 2024 ground cinnamon alerts and the 2025 imported cookware warning. These are not recalls: some brands named in them never recalled their products.
- CPSC recalls of toys, jewelry, children’s products, cups and other consumer products with lead, from 2015 on.
If you have a recalled product
- Stop eating, using or giving it to children. Check the lot numbers, dates and UPC codes in the official notice.
- Follow the notice for a refund or disposal.
- If a child or pregnant person ate or used it, talk to a doctor about a blood lead test. See how to test for lead poisoning, or call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
- Report problems: food and drug problems to the FDA, and consumer product problems to SaferProducts.gov.
